Emolbi was started in 2018 by a few coworkers with the goal of applying decades of lessons learned working with the DoD and Intelligence Community, and translating those unique needs into a company that can deliver unmatched capability. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ronald K. Blome
Ronald has almost four decades of military and corporate experience in engineering, military intelligence, and program management. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Kinsey Technical Services Incorporated. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an MPA from the University of Oklahoma.

Heather L. Ginsburgh
Heather has over two decades of military and corporate experience in engineering and program management. She was previously the Director of Strategic Development for Optimum Technologies. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Brian M. Chin
Brian has over sixteen years of military and corporate experience in contracting and program management. He was previously the Director of Contracts for Optimum Technologies. He holds a BS in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an MBA from William & Mary, and is pursuing an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

A.J. Ruiz
A.J. has over two decades of military and corporate experience in program management. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and President of CONA Consulting. He holds a BS in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a MS in Aeronautics and Space Studies from Embry-Riddle University.

Irvin Hernandez
Irvin has over ten years in the Information Technology field and is currently serving in the Army Reserves as an Information Systems Technician. Irvin has worked as an ISSO at Boeing and ISSM at Northrop Grumman. He has a BA in Criminal Justice from Cal State Northridge and holds several IT certificates to include Network+, Security+, CCNA, CCNA Security & CISSP.

Shelby L. Covey
Shelby has over fifteen years of corporate experience in Business System Management and Business Process Architecture. She was previously a Business Architect for The Boeing Company where she served on the HR Architecture and Governance Board. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Dreamy M. Peckhem
Dreamy has over two decades of military and corporate experience in contracting and acquisitions. She was previously a Contracts Manager for Northrop Grumman and an Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds a BS in Business Management from Park University, and a Masters in Procurement and MBA from Webster University.

C.J. Gilbert
C.J. has over a decade of experience as a security professional supporting the Department of Defense. He was previously a Staff Industrial Security Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation and a Program Protection Analyst at LinQuest Corporation. He holds a BA in Political Science from The Catholic University of America.

Robert J. Martin
Robert has over two decades of systems administration and military information systems integration experience. He was previously a Senior Communications Support Chief in the Unites States Army. He holds an AAS in Business Administration and BS in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University, as well as eight CompTIA certifications.

Patricia Gutto
Trish has over fifteen years of experience managing government programs. She previously led the customer team supporting the latest tech at Northrop Grumman and was a business operations manager for the Kobayashi Maru program. She holds a BA in History from Loyola Marymount University and a MA in Modern German/American Military History from Cal State Northridge.

Aditya M. Gulwadi
Aditya has over fifteen years of military and corporate experience in the cybersecurity and information technology realm. He was previously an Information Systems Security Officer for the Modeling, Simulation & Analysis networks in the Portfolio Architecture Directorate. He holds a BA in Management from Webster University and is currently pursuing an MS in Cyber Security from Webster University.

Brandon Jones
Brandon has nearly two decades of experience in program and project management, systems engineering, and cost estimating. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at the Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation. He holds a BS in Economics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Robert E. Jordan
Robert has ten years of experience in systems engineering and project management in support of the intelligence community. He was previously a Systems Engineer at Raytheon and most recently Lead Systems Engineer at Perspecta. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Masters of Engineering Management from Penn State University.

Chelton J. Miyazono
Chelton has nearly fifteen years of experience as an analyst and security professional supporting the intelligence community and federal law enforcement. Most recently, he served as an Insider Threat Analyst supporting USCENTCOM and INSCOM. Chelton holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa.

Ernesto Saenz-Hernandez
Ernesto previously completed an internship with Emolbi and gained exposure to Risk Management Framework and Information Security Continuous Monitoring. Ernesto recently graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Prescott and holds a BS in Global Security and Intelligence Studies with a background in Cybersecurity.

Keith San Filippo
Keith has over two decades of military experience in communications, communications security and systems administration. He was previously the COMSEC Manager and Navy Element Senior Enlisted Leader at NORAD and USNORTHCOM. He holds an AA Degree in Paralegal Studies from MTI College.

Tamkin Collins
Tamkin has over nine years of experience supporting DoD, NASA, Air Force, Space Force and National Security/Intelligence programs. Her demonstrated experience includes program management, systems engineering/integration, critical path scheduling, and risk analysis. Tamkin holds a BS in Applied Science and an MBA in Technology/Engineering Management from Excelsior College of Albany NY.

Stephen Jack
Steve has over four decades experience working in military, cybersecurity, and information systems architecture. He was previously a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer for the Military Satellite Communications Directorate supporting ACAT 1 systems. Steve retired from the Air Force Air National Guard after 34 years of service. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Criminal Justice as well as a CISSP certification.

Ken Johnson
Ken has nearly four decades of experience managing and integrating systems solutions across a range of information technologies within the defense environment as well as risk analysis for system approval and authorization. He has performed as a senior level engineer at Los Angeles AFB for over twenty years. Ken holds Security+ and CISSP certificates.

Chaitanya Patel
Chat has over ten years of comprehensive experience in spacecraft systems, including technical program management, acquisition, prototype development, demo and operational deployment. He has expertise working in civil space programs, private industry, and DoD space programs fielding cutting-edge technologies. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & Applied Mathematics from the University of Houston.

Zorex Villadelgado
Zorex has over 10 years of experience with network security and served as a Military Intelligence systems maintainer and integrator. He previously worked as an Information Protection Technician to support defensible network architecture while in the Army Reserves. He earned his BS in Computer Science at the Institute of Computer Technology and his MBA with specialization in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix.

Ricki Cline
Ricki has over 8 years of experience in systems engineering and project management within the aerospace industry. She previously worked as a Systems Engineer for Boeing, where she led and supported cutting edge technology programs. Ricki has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and a MS in Systems Architecting and Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Sekou Taylor
Sekou has three decades of military and corporate experience in cybersecurity and network management partnering with senior leadership to perform cybersecurity risk assessment and identifying security gaps into plans. He was previously the Global Manager Operational Tech Security Architect at Case New Holland Industry. He holds a BS in Information and Computer Science, Network & Security from Park University and a MS in Cybersecurity Risk & Strategy from New York University.

Douglas Sciortino
Douglas has 18 years of experience in systems engineering and project management in support of the space community. He was previously a Systems Engineer in the United States Air Force and most recently a Senior Acquisition Specialist at Tecolote Research, Inc. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Penn State University, a MS in Logisitics Management from Embry Riddle Univeristy, and a MS in Systems Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.

Erik Solverson
Erik has nearly two decades of experience in program management and systems engineering. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a MS in Finance from Indiana University. Erik is also a part-time Air Force reserve officer serving as a program element monitor for space sensing within SAF/SQ.

Rodney Machado
Rod has nearly four decades of aerospace experience supporting both industry and USAF/USSF customers in project management from cost estimating to contracting to IBR facilitation. He has experience in traditional and rapid prototype/fielding procurements. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cal State University, Long Beach.

Arturo Letim
Arturo has a decade of information technology experience in client support, systems administration, and information assurance. He has traveled the world supporting the DoD, Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps and their partner nations. Arturo has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Technology and is finishing up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management.
