Emolbi was started in 2018 by a few coworkers with the goal of applying decades of lessons learned working with the DoD and Intelligence Community, and translating those unique needs into a company that can deliver unmatched capability. Ronald K. Blome
Ronald has almost four decades of military and corporate experience in engineering, military intelligence, and program management. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Kinsey Technical Services Incorporated. He holds a BS from the University of Maryland and an MPA from the University of Oklahoma.

Heather L. Ginsburgh
Heather has over seventeen years of military and corporate experience in engineering and program management. She was previously the Director of Strategic Development for Optimum Technologies. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Brian M. Chin
Brian has over fourteen years of military and corporate experience in contracting and program management. He was previously the Director of Contracts for Optimum Technologies. He holds a BS in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an MBA from William & Mary, and is pursuing an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

A.J. Ruiz
A.J. has over eighteen years of military and corporate experience in program management. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and President of CONA Consulting. He holds a BS in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a MS in Aeronautics and Space Studies from Embry-Riddle University.

Richard Rositas
Richard has over two decades of military experience in cyber space operations and cybersecurity. He was previously Deputy CIO of the 50th Space Comm Squadron and Superintendent of the Space Superiority Systems Wing. He holds a BA in Management from Webster University and an MS in Cyber Security Engineering from the University of San Diego.

James A. LeMieux
James has over two decades of military and corporate experience in engineering and aerospace tech development. He was previously a Sr. Systems Engineer responsible for Lockheed Martin Space Protection Programs. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a MS in Electro-Optical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Shelby L. Covey
Shelby has over fifteen years of corporate experience in Business System Management and Business Process Architecture. She was previously a Business Architect for The Boeing Company where she served on the HR Architecture and Governance Board. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Dreamy M. Peckhem
Dreamy has over two decades of military and corporate experience in contracting and acquisitions. She was previously a Contracts Manager for Northrop Grumman and an Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds a BS in Business Management from Park University, and a Masters in Procurement and MBA from Webster University.

David T. Caponio
David has nearly two decades of military and corporate experience in program management and systems engineering. He was previously the VP of Commercial Space & Launch at Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems as well as Mission Manager at SpaceX and Virgin Orbit. David holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a MS in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Donrico A. Jackson
Donrico has over fifteen years of experience as a security professional supporting the military, law enforcement, and the intelligence community. He previously served as the in-theater SSO and Force Protection Liason for USFOR-A during OEF. He's currently pursuing a BS in Intelligence Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

C.J. Gilbert
C.J. has over a decade of experience as a security professional supporting the Department of Defense. He was previously a Staff Industrial Security Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation and a Program Protection Analyst at LinQuest Corporation. He holds a BA in Political Science from The Catholic University of America.

Robert J. Martin
Robert has over two decades of systems administration and military information systems integration experience. He was previously a Senior Communications Support Chief in the Unites States Army. He holds an AAS in Business Administration and BS in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University, as well as eight CompTIA certifications.

Nicholas Hernandez
Nick has over five years of military and corporate experience in IT administration, security engineering, and incident response. He was previously a computer forensics consultant responding to numerous data breaches across the country. Currently, he is pursuing a BS in Cyber Security from Western Governors University.

Patricia Gutto
Trish has over fifteen years of experience managing government programs. She previously led the customer team supporting the latest tech at Northrop Grumman and was a business operations manager for the Kobayashi Maru program. She holds a BA in History from Loyola Marymount University and a MA in Modern German/American Military History from Cal State Northridge.

Aditya M. Gulwadi
Aditya has over fifteen years of military and corporate experience in the cybersecurity and information technology realm. He was previously an Information Systems Security Officer for the Modeling, Simulation & Analysis networks in the Portfolio Architecture Directorate. He holds a BA in Management from Webster University and is currently pursuing an MS in Cyber Security from Webster University.

Brandon Jones
Brandon has nearly two decades of experience in program and project management, systems engineering, and cost estimating. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer at the Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation. He holds a BS in Economics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Denver.
